Shipping policy
We process all orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be handed off to the carrier for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping options
We currently offer the following shipping options at checkout:
Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping typically delivers within 5–10 business days after your order has been processed.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited Shipping is available for an additional fee and typically delivers in as little as 3 business days after your order has been processed. Expedited Shipping prioritizes delivery speed with the carrier but does not reduce order processing time.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, high shipping volume, or incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has shipped.
Tracking information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Shipping address accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at spinespacehelp@gmail.com so we can assist in opening a carrier investigation when applicable.
International shipping
If we offer international shipping, delivery times may vary by destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
